We collect only the information needed to create and deliver your party printables:

• Event details you enter: child’s name, age, party date and time, location or address, RSVP information, and any theme or interest descriptions you provide.
• Account information: email address and authentication details when you sign in or create an account.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; Stripe collects and processes card details directly under their own security and privacy terms.
• Order records: which products you purchased, the design state of your order, and the email address used for delivery.
• Technical data: browser type, device type, and IP address collected automatically for service operation and fraud prevention. Raw IP addresses are never stored; we only keep a one-way hashed value for abuse prevention and a coarse country code.
• Anonymous analytics (with your consent): if you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we record an anonymous visitor ID, session ID, page views, template views, AI prompts you submit, and traffic source (referrer, UTM tags). This data is used only by our administrators to improve the service and is never sold or shared.

We use a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage entries:

• Strictly necessary: authentication, checkout, payment, and order delivery. These are always on.
• Analytics (optional): anonymous visitor and session identifiers used only after you accept analytics.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Privacy choices” link at the bottom of every page. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to browse templates, create designs, purchase, download, or receive your order email.

• Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe receives transaction details and may receive your email address. Their privacy practices are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Lovable Cloud — our hosting, database, authentication, and email-sending platform. Lovable processes and stores data on our behalf under our account.
• Email delivery providers — used by Lovable Cloud to send transactional emails such as order confirmations and file delivery messages from notify@partypixieai.com.
• Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Disclosure is limited and purpose-driven:

• Electronic disclosure: data is transmitted securely over HTTPS/TLS to our hosting platform and to Stripe during checkout.
• Service-provider disclosure: our hosting and payment partners access data only as needed to provide their services and are contractually or functionally restricted from using it for other purposes.
• No public disclosure: we do not publish, display, or share your event details or designs publicly unless you choose to share them yourself.

We use industry-standard measures to safeguard your information:

• All data in transit is encrypted with TLS/HTTPS.
• Authentication is handled through secure, token-based sessions.
• Database access is protected by row-level security and role-based permissions.
• Payment information is never stored on our servers; Stripe handles card data under PCI-compliant infrastructure.
• We limit internal access to customer data to what is necessary for support and operations.

No online service can guarantee 100% security. If we become aware of a breach that affects your information, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

• You can review and update your event details before completing a purchase.
• You may request a copy or deletion of your account data by contacting us at the email below.
• Transactional emails are necessary to deliver your order and cannot be opted out of while completing a purchase.
